A UR hero from 0 star +0 to 5 stars costs 2925 total shards across shard and promotion rows.

Required hero shards = sum of each official node cost, where node cost is shardCost plus promotionCost for every node inside the selected range.

- Exclude the current From node and include every node up to To.
- Add each node cost, including both normal shard and promotion shard requirements.
