Steps

Selected HQ total = sum of each target level row from the first upgrade after From through To.
計算方法
- Pick the current HQ level and target HQ level.
- Read every upgrade row in that range.
- Add food, iron, gold, time, and gatekeeper building requirements.
限制
The guide shows HQ requirements and gate buildings; speedups, alliance helps, buffs, and queue timing still depend on the player's live account state.
